Who should take our workshops?
Anyone responsible for the design, development, or delivery of training programs should take this workshop. Our workshops are designed for participants who are either new to instructional design, or have been designing and developing instruction, without having taken any advanced formal education in the field of training or education.
Two-Day Hands-on Instructional Design Workshop
This practical hands-on workshop is delivered over a two-day period. In this workshop, your staff will learn how to increase and/or improve their training design and development capabilities. Prior to delivery, we customize each course by embedding relevant examples that are specific to your industry/organization's particular requirements.
By the end of our workshop, participants are well versed in the systematic instructional design process that will ensure your organization's training programs show the right performance results.
Our course manual can be used as an on-the-job reference manual. This manual includes twelve job aids which have been designed to support participants with each and every step of the instructional design process.
Two-Day Hands-on Train-the-Trainer Workshop
This Train-the-Trainer Workshop provides training basics for employees who have no formal background in training, but have to do some training as part of their jobs.
This two-day workshop is highly interactive and emphasizes "learning by doing." Participants practice what is taught and receive consistent, positive, and structured feedback. Through videotaped lessons, participants have an opportunity to see how they train.
Through this course and through observations of the course instructor, who models these techniques, training skills are improved.
The Business of Sustainability
As part of Andrea’s portfolio of workshops, she has co-developed with subject matter experts from Greenomics , a consultancy focused on the business of sustainability. Delivering this workshop helps organizations improve their performance by becoming sustainable.
